Team dynamics can make or break a working environment. Many technicians are placed in supervisory roles without the training to fulfill this challenging role. This workshop is designed for the newly promoted supervisor or the seasoned manager who desires to remain fresh. We will talk about proven management techniques designed to foster positive working relationships among team members. Conflict resolution, skill development, team advocacy and compassion fatigue are discussed at length. Challenges can be presented by workshop participants and potential solutions to unique and difficult scenarios can be explored. This is not a gripe fest. This is the exploration of real solutions to real problems for a more cohesive team.
